I have a 1919 publication that consists of advertisements for businesses in Dallas mixed with motivational quotations, poems, and anecdotes. It look like the kind of thing an organization published to raise money for itself. Obviously the main subject will be Business enterprises $z Texas $z Dallas $v Directories , but how would you describe the “literary” part?

Not having the item in front of me, it’s tough, but there were lots of those types of publications appearing at that time, and for that matter, there still are. I immediately think of Dale Carnegie and his talks.

I might suggest:
Success
or
Success in business
with possible subdivisions of
–Quotations, maxims, etc.

If it is a collection of actual advertisements however, it would be different.
